BEFORE YOU DECIDE WHAT'S NEXT
There comes a point in business where the problem isn't a lack of options.
It's having too many of them.
Raise prices. Hire someone. Fix the processes. Go after bigger contracts. Add a service. Invest in marketing. Finally deal with that thing you've been putting off.
Any one of them might be a perfectly reasonable decision.
And that's what makes deciding so difficult.
Because a good idea isn't automatically a good idea right now. Something that makes perfect sense for one business might make no sense at all for yours. And every time you commit your time, money or attention to one thing, you're also choosing not to put it somewhere else.
So how do you decide?
Where Do I Go From Here? starts before you choose.
It's about getting clear on where you're actually trying to go. Looking at what would have to be true for an option to make sense. Understanding what each choice will really cost, not just in money, but in time and effort too.
It's about separating the decisions that actually need to be made from the ones that can wait. Looking at what you know, what you're assuming, and what you may need to find out before you commit.
And sometimes recognizing that the best next move might be to do nothing yet.
This isn't a book of answers.
I don't know whether you should hire, raise your prices, pursue the bigger contract, invest in marketing or finally buy that software you've been looking at.
Nobody can know that without understanding your business.
But you can look at the options in front of you, what each one would require, and how well they fit the business you're actually trying to build.
