A CLOSER LOOK AT HOW THE BUSINESS RUNS
The business has grown. You have customers. You may have employees, systems and software that didn't exist when you started.
And yet, some days, running it still feels harder than it seems like it ought to.
Things get missed. The same problems keep coming back. People need information they can't find. Decisions aren't always clear. Processes that used to work don't quite fit anymore. And somehow, more of it still lands on you than you expected.
None of that automatically means something is broken.
But it might be worth looking at what's making the day-to-day take as much effort as it does.
Shouldn't This Be Easier By Now? is a short, practical little book about some of the places to look when the business has grown, but the way it runs hasn't necessarily grown with it.
It won't tell you to delegate more, hire someone, buy another system or overhaul your processes, because without understanding your business, I can't possibly know what would help.
What it will give you are better questions to ask.
$7. See what may taking more effort than it needs to.
